Triple Layer Forming Machine also called Multi-Layer Forming Machine. It could manufacture three profile roof sheet.

So it also named three layer forming machine. Comparing with Step Tile Roll Forming Machine,or Trapezoidal Roll Forming Machine and Corrugated Roll Forming Machine , the advantage is  save space and budget. Because it share the same motor, machine frame and control cabinet.

But one time, only could process one profile, three layer cannot manufacture at the same time.

Client could choose which three profile sheet in one machine, Such as corrugated tile, IBR profile and Step tile.

Main Roll Forming Machine:Material of rollers:High grade 45# steel，roller surfaces polishing, hard plating , The polished surface and the heat treatment towards the molds also can keep the molding plate surface smooth and not easy to be marked when it is being stamped.

Hydraulic oil: 46#

hydraulic oil into the hydraulic oil tank ,the pump drive the cutter machine to begin the cutting job.

The target piece`s length is adjustable and digit of it can be adjusted. Computed mode has two modes: automatic and manual one. 

The system is easy to operate and use.

Frequency converter:Delta

It adopts the hydraulic drive and automatic location to decide the dimension and cut the target products.

Material of blades: Cr12,quenching treatment
